          Advanced Learning Program for Higher Achievers (ALPHA) 

Gifted education provides learning opportunities for students whose abilities, interests, or potential may require additional challenge beyond the general curriculum. It recognizes that students learn differently and aims to help each learner grow academically, creatively, socially, and emotionally through appropriately challenging experiences that encourage deeper thinking and problem-solving. Our program identifies students' strengths and learning needs, then provides instruction through project-based activities, small-group instruction, mentorship, and in-depth topic exploration. Our goal is to recognize and nurture each student's strengths while building confidence, persistence, curiosity, and belonging. All students are tested for giftedness in 1st grade; those who pass initial testing proceed to additional assessments for program placement.
